The location is super convenient, and it made exploring so easy. The staff displayed great kindness and understanding when my car had issues. I received a very generous late check-out, staying until 8:00 PM. This really reduced my stress. I really appreciated the professional and empathetic service. It ensured I had a GREAT experience.
The restaurant hours were somewhat limited. It was closed over the weekend and on Monday.

the rooms are smaller compared to other hotels i have stayed at. the bathroom only has a bathtub without a stand alone shower. the sink cabinet provides little space and is small.

Check-in was very smooth and efficient! The staff were swift and evidently hard-working. My room had complimentary water, tea, and a coffee machine. I found the location was a short walk from the train station.
The gym facility seemed to be LACKING compared to similar hotels.

The bar prices matched the prices of pubs around town. Jacob at the main bar provided excellent service. Mr Christos provided great hospitality. I enjoyed drinks at the bar .

The receptionist, Daniela, was kind and cute, particularly upon my late arrival. The staff consistently displayed a friendly and polite attitude, ensuring a high standard of hospitality. They were always helpful and responsive to my needs.

The hotel's location offers convenient access to the main train station, just a short walk away. It is also near the city center. I reached the Christmas Market on foot easily. Public transportation is easily accessible from this location.

My stay spanned four nights. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was spacious and very clean. Blackout curtains were included, something i always appreciate. The air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a quiet environment.
This hotel is inferior to others I have stayed at. The rooms are smaller, the bathroom only has a bathtub and no stand alone shower, dangerous because it doesn't have a flat bottom. The sink cabinet is small, and above all, there's little closet space.

Breakfast included a good choice of different meals. The restaurant provided a good culinary experience, ensuring convenient and pleasurable dining options. I enjoyed this space greatly.
