i was happy to find the hotel had a central location. i got a voucher for a complementary drink daily, a nice treat. the online check-in through their app made everything smooth. i also got to pick my room, super convenient.
The room servicing felt inconsistent. Some days i had enough towels, and other days i had to request them.

my room included three pillows per person. a functional shower was available, complete with wash cloths. requesting a quiet room away from the elevators was fulfilled, resulting in a peaceful stay.

The hotel provided a cute refreshment of water, haribo bears, and fruit near the entrance. i found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. special thanks to christos and jacob at the main bar-restaurant. They really enhanced my days and nights there!

the breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of options. there were lots of fruit, meat, cheese, eggs, toasts, pastries, yogurt, and cereals available. the train station was only a short five minute walk, and the town center with st laurenz church was less than fifteen minutes away.

the hotel is close to public transportation, so traveling around was pretty easy.
the gym lacked equipment. i asked for toilet paper and towels, because i had opted out of room cleaning, but the receptionist looked annoyed with my request. at checkout, she didn't ask how my stay was but then asked the next guest, which i found rude.

The staff was very helpful. They spoke English well. The hotel's location offered convenient access to transport and stores. The blackout curtains were perfect for resting after a flight.
The gym's facility seemed lacking. I noticed a receptionist acting rudely one morning. She made me ask multiple times for toilet paper and towels. The experience felt unprofessional.

The location is super convenient, and it made exploring so easy. The staff displayed great kindness and understanding when my car had issues. I received a very generous late check-out, staying until 8:00 PM. This really reduced my stress. I really appreciated the professional and empathetic service. It ensured I had a GREAT experience.
The restaurant hours were somewhat limited. It was closed over the weekend and on Monday.

My stay spanned four nights. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was spacious and very clean. Blackout curtains were included, something i always appreciate. The air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a quiet environment.
This hotel is inferior to others I have stayed at. The rooms are smaller, the bathroom only has a bathtub and no stand alone shower, dangerous because it doesn't have a flat bottom. The sink cabinet is small, and above all, there's little closet space.
